5 miles outside / mostly flat
Today was the first time in a long time that I have done a true morning run. Got up, had a cup of coffee and ran. I enjoy running like this. It feels very fresh, without the weight of the day hanging over you. It was an "easy" five miles. One of the reasons why I wanted to run this morning was because I did Bodypump last night. I haven't done BP in a couple of weeks so I knew if I waited until later in the day the lunges from last night would be coming back to bite me.
