Hi friends! As promised, here are some photos from our Maine vacay. Adam's parents were incredibly generous to take us on this vacation. Adam's sister, Amy, and her three children, Emily, Luca and Henry joined us, too. It was the most relaxing, easy-going week I've had in a long time. Aside from the call I got the night after Adam left (he had to go home a couple days early to get back to work) that he was in an ambulance on the way to the ER (electrical shock and heat exhaustion), it was perfect. Though Jack is still young, it was the type of vacation as a parent, you want your child to remember. The waves, the sand, the slowed down nature of day-to-day, being able to wake up and have instant play time with his cousins... perfection.
