1 minute of each:
Squats
Lunges- right side
Lunges- left side
Calf raises
Leg Lifts- right side
Leg Lifts- left side
Plank with pushups every 10 seconds
Side Plank- right side
Side Plank- left side
Plank with pushups every 10 seconds
REPEAT
