Boost

Just when I thought I'd hung up my Mizunos until August, I had a great run. I went to they gym yesterday and ran 3.5 miles on the treadmill. I think the key to this successful run was a long warmup (half mile walk) and plentiful water. It was such a nice little confidence booster to find out my legs still have a little running power in them!
